There may come a time when those who have been handfasted need to part ways. In such cases, a Rite of Handparting allows the separation of all involved. This is a positive and safe manner in which individuals can release one another from the union. However, be aware that all those who were originally bound together must agree to the Handparting or Degarrin will not perform the ritual.
